It boasts a total power capacity of 150 kVA, with per-rack capacities ranging from 1 to 20 kVA, ensuring flexibility for various workloads. The facility is powered through dual A and B feeds, ensuring high levels of redundancy and continuous uptime. 230V and 400V power options are available, along with 48V on request for specialized equipment.

This data center operates with a high level of energy efficiency, maintaining a PUE of less than 1.2, and is fully powered by 100% sustainable Dutch wind energy. The facility uses direct free air cooling, with temperatures on the data floor maintained between 20°C and 27°C. The cold corridor principle further enhances the cooling efficiency, optimizing energy use. As a carrier-neutral data center, clients have the flexibility to choose their preferred network providers, and a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee ensures reliable connectivity at all times.

Security is a priority at the Zwolle Data Center, which is equipped with camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response team that is on standby in the event of any alarms. Access to the facility is controlled through personal access passes, with additional security options such as iris scan or facial recognition. Separately lockable racks provide an added layer of protection for client equipment. The center also offers a 24/7 service desk, ensuring that support is available around the clock for any operational requirements.
