The Gemert Data Center is a highly efficient, eco-friendly facility, offering modern infrastructure in a compact footprint. It features a total surface area of 50 m², providing enough space to host critical IT equipment across its data floor. The center supports a total power capacity of 120 kVA, with per-rack capacities ranging from 1 to 20 kVA, making it versatile for a variety of client needs. Power is supplied through dual A and B feeds, offering redundancy and ensuring continuous operation. Clients can utilize 230V and 400V power, with 48V available on request for specialized equipment.
As part of its sustainability efforts, the Gemert Data Center operates with a PUE of less than 1.2, demonstrating high energy efficiency. The facility is 100% powered by Dutch wind energy, aligning with green technology goals. The center also uses direct free air cooling, maintaining temperatures between 20°C and 27°C on the data floor, and follows the cold corridor principle to optimize cooling performance and reduce energy consumption. Being carrier neutral, the facility provides clients with the flexibility to choose from multiple network providers and offers a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee, ensuring consistent and reliable connectivity.
The security of the Gemert Data Center is robust, with camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response team ready to act in the event of an alarm. Access to the facility is secured with personal access passes, with the option for enhanced security using iris scan or facial recognition technology. Additionally, separately lockable racks ensure that client hardware is protected. The 24/7 service desk, available all year round, ensures that technical support is always on hand.
