The Goes Data Center is a spacious and energy-efficient facility, designed to accommodate high-demand infrastructure while maintaining sustainability. It features a total surface area of 550 m², with each data floor covering 50 m². The center is equipped with an impressive total power capacity of 1050 kVA, supporting 1 to 20 kVA per rack, which ensures flexibility for diverse customer needs. Power is supplied through dual A and B feeds, ensuring redundancy and stable operation, and it provides 230V and 400V power, with 48V available on request for specialized configurations.
The Goes Data Center operates with a PUE of less than 1.2, reflecting its high energy efficiency. The facility is fully powered by 100% sustainable Dutch wind energy, underlining its commitment to eco-friendly operations. It utilizes direct free air cooling, maintaining temperatures between 20°C and 27°C on the data floor, while the cold corridor principle enhances cooling efficiency and minimizes energy consumption. The facility is carrier neutral, allowing clients the flexibility to choose their preferred network providers. It also offers a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee, ensuring reliable and continuous connectivity.
In terms of security, the Goes Data Center offers camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response to any alarms. Access is controlled by personal access passes, with additional options for iris scan or facial recognition for enhanced security. Separately lockable racks provide an extra layer of physical protection for equipment. A 24/7 service desk is available year-round, ensuring that support is always within reach for any operational needs.
