The facility provides a total power capacity of 981 kVA, with per-rack capacities ranging from 1 to 20 kVA, ensuring flexibility to support various workloads. Power is delivered through dual A and B feeds, guaranteeing redundancy and uninterrupted operation. 230V and 400V power options are available, with 48V on request for specialized needs.
The Roermond Data Center is committed to energy efficiency, with a PUE of less than 1.2, and is fully powered by 100% sustainable Dutch wind energy, highlighting its eco-friendly operations. The facility employs direct free air cooling, keeping temperatures between 20°C and 27°C on the data floors, and uses the cold corridor principle to enhance cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption. As a carrier-neutral data center, clients can choose from multiple network providers, and the facility also offers a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee, ensuring reliable and continuous connectivity.
Security is robust at the Roermond Data Center, featuring camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response team to handle any alarms. Access is controlled via personal access passes, with enhanced security options like iris scan or facial recognition. Additionally, separately lockable racks ensure that client equipment is fully secure.
