The ETIX Nantes #2 Data Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide advanced hosting solutions with redundancy and synchronous replication capabilities for critical IT infrastructures. Situated within ETIX's interconnected network of data centers, it supports Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP) plans for organizations in France and beyond. The center delivers 900 kW of IT capacity from a robust 2,500 kVA incoming power supply, with support for up to 12 kW per cabinet, and additional cooling solutions for high-density requirements. Power infrastructure includes three independent sources (Gensets, UPS, and Switchboards) and two diverse power cable routes, ensuring reliability and a 1.3 PUE with an SLA of up to 99.995% availability.

The ETIX Nantes #2 Data Center integrates three independent cooling sources (chillers, CRAH units, and free cooling technology) with advanced systems that adapt to IT loads, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. Its cold corridor design and indirect cooling prevent the mixing of outside and inside air, reducing contamination risks. The cooling systems feature variable speed equipment and achieve near-zero Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE), emphasizing sustainability. These features align with the facility’s commitment to modular architecture that reduces power usage and optimizes operations.

Security is robust at ETIX Nantes #2, with 24/7 on-site NOC staff, comprehensive CCTV monitoring, and dual authentication access for critical infrastructure. The facility employs VESDA early fire detection and a human-friendly fire suppression system using inert gas, designed to minimize server downtime while ensuring safety. Proven low-noise extinguishing systems further protect sensitive equipment. A 24/7 service desk ensures constant support and quick resolution of any operational needs.

As a carrier-neutral data center, ETIX Nantes #2 provides access to 15+ connectivity providers, supporting both fiber and copper (RJ45) options. With two meet-me-rooms (MMRs) and two points of entry (POEs), the center ensures diverse connectivity paths and maximum path redundancy. Interconnections with other ETIX data centers in the cluster enhance flexibility and scalability for clients.
