With a total colocation space of 5,490 square feet, this facility serves as a neutral interconnection hub, providing access to 10+ local, national, and international operators. The center supports per-cabinet capacities of up to 12 kW, with advanced cooling solutions available for high-density setups. Featuring two independent power sources (Gensets, UPS, and Switchboards) and two diverse power cable routes, the data center achieves a 1.6 PUE and an SLA of up to 99.995% availability.

Cooling systems at ETIX Montpellier #1 are designed for maximum efficiency, incorporating an N+1 cooling design and indirect cooling to eliminate air mixing and ensure consistent environmental conditions. The facility employs cold corridor containment for all racks and advanced self-regulating cooling equipment that dynamically adjusts to IT loads, achieving near-zero Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE). Sustainability is a core focus, with the facility leveraging green energy contracts and the reuse of a former industrial building.

Security at ETIX Montpellier #1 is comprehensive, with 24/7 NOC staff overseeing technical infrastructure, CCTV monitoring at all access points, and dual authentication for critical areas. The facility features VESDA early fire detection and a human-friendly fire suppression system using inert gas, protecting both equipment and personnel. A 24/7 service desk ensures uninterrupted operational support for client needs.

As a carrier-neutral facility, ETIX Montpellier #1 offers extensive connectivity options, including two meet-me-rooms (MMRs) and two points of entry (POEs) for diverse and redundant paths.
