The ETIX Nantes #1 Data Center is a strategically located, neutral, and secure facility designed to meet the diverse IT infrastructure needs of businesses in Western France. With a total surface area of 1,250 m², the center serves as a major connectivity hub, hosting the region’s main telecommunications centers and offering access to comprehensive IT partner ecosystems. It is strategically positioned just 20 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the airport, providing unparalleled accessibility. The data center delivers 330 kW of IT capacity with a robust incoming power supply of 1,250 kVA, supporting per-cabinet power capacities of up to 12 kW or more with advanced cooling solutions. The facility features two independent power sources with UPS and diverse cable routes, ensuring redundancy and a 1.4 PUE.

The ETIX Nantes #1 Data Center is fully powered by green energy contracts and equipped with high-efficiency electrical systems to minimize power loss. Advanced cooling solutions, including indirect free cooling, ensure sustainable and cost-effective operations. This results in a Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE) near zero, achieved through cutting-edge cooling designs that adapt to IT loads. As a carrier-neutral facility, the center provides access to 25+ local, national, and international connectivity providers, with two meet-me-rooms (MMRs), diverse fiber pathways, and multiple points of entry (POEs) ensuring maximum path diversity and reliability.

Security at the ETIX Nantes #1 Data Center is state-of-the-art, with 24/7 on-site NOC staff, comprehensive CCTV monitoring, and dual authentication access for critical areas. The facility employs VESDA early fire detection and a human-friendly fire suppression system using inert gas to protect both equipment and personnel. Low-noise extinguishing systems are also used to reduce risks to servers. A 24/7 service desk is available, ensuring continuous support and rapid response to any operational needs.
