The Mierlo Data Center is a mid-sized, highly efficient facility designed to support modern IT operations while maintaining sustainability. It offers a total surface area of 100 m², with 50 m² per data floor, providing adequate space for diverse infrastructure needs. The data center boasts a total power capacity of 281 kVA, with per-rack capacities ranging from 1 to 20 kVA, allowing for scalable power solutions. The facility is powered through dual A and B feeds, ensuring redundancy and continuous operation, with 230V and 400V power available, along with 48V on request for specialized equipment.

With a focus on energy efficiency, the Mierlo Data Center operates with a PUE of less than 1.2 and is fully powered by 100% sustainable Dutch wind energy. The facility employs direct free air cooling, maintaining temperatures between 20°C and 27°C on the data floors, and incorporates the cold corridor principle to optimize cooling efficiency while minimizing energy consumption. The data center is carrier-neutral, allowing clients the flexibility to choose their preferred network providers, and it offers a radio link with a 99.999% uptime guarantee, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted connectivity.

Security at the Mierlo Data Center is a top priority, with camera monitoring, an intrusion detection system, and a professional security response team available in case of alarms. Access to the facility is controlled via personal access passes, with additional security options like iris scan or facial recognition. Separately lockable racks provide additional protection for client hardware, and a 24/7 service desk is available every day of the year, ensuring constant support and operational assistance.
