The Avalon 2 Data Center, located in Settimo Milanese, serves as the first expansion of the Avalon Campus. Situated less than 3 km from Avalon 1, this proximity allows enterprises, resellers, ISPs, and carriers to seamlessly integrate their infrastructures with operators hosted in Avalon 1 through a robust distributed Meet-Me-Room.

Avalon 2 offers 300 square meters of space designed to accommodate a wide range of client needs, with a ground floor load capacity of 1,500 kg per square meter. Its infrastructure supports hot and cold aisles, customizable cages, and private suites. The facility is interconnected with Avalon 1 via two distinct fiber optic paths, each comprising 192 fibers, with plans to expand to 720 fibers. It also offers a transport network supporting up to 400 Gbit/s, ensuring high-speed, flexible connectivity.

As part of the Avalon Campus, Avalon 2 benefits from a unified virtual data center setup, connecting it seamlessly with Avalon 1 and Avalon 3. Its security systems include 24/7 monitoring, stringent access protocols, and multi-factor authentication.
