Strategically positioned in one of Colombia’s most vital economic hubs, BOG1 offers enterprise-grade infrastructure tailored for businesses seeking high availability, robust security, and reliable connectivity within the Andean region.
This data center boasts a power capacity of 0.8 MW, backed by 0.6 MW of power transformation, ensuring scalable power delivery for colocation and enterprise IT needs. Designed with N configuration and N+1 power redundancy, BOG1 guarantees continuity and uptime by mitigating single points of failure. The infrastructure is supported by N+1 cooling redundancy, which helps maintain optimal operating conditions even during peak load or equipment maintenance.
Covering a total area of 72 square feet, the facility includes a raised floor system for efficient airflow management and cable routing. BOG1 is also carrier-neutral, offering interconnection with a rich ecosystem of more than 95 carriers, enabling clients to choose the connectivity partners best suited to their needs.
Among its key cloud and content provider partners are Telefónica, Claro, TV Azteca, and Google, giving clients direct access to major cloud platforms and content delivery networks. This on-site cloud interconnection capability significantly reduces latency and enhances application performance.
