About JB1 Data Center
Opened in January 2010, JB1 East, the Johannesburg colocation data center facility was originally set over 13454 Sq Ft. Subsequent growth in the market and demand for carrier-neutral colocation resulted in further expansion phases that increased the data center floor space in JB1 East to over 41441 Sq Ft and the building of a second facility, JB1 West, which houses over 53819 Sq Ft of data center floor space. A total of 20MVA of power is supplied to the site.
