Located in London, United Kingdom, our infrastructure includes a 132kV utility supply with N+N redundancy and a utility power supply capacity of 46MVA. Our on-site Diesel Rotary UPS with N+2 redundancy ensures reliable technical (IT) power and mechanical systems. We provide fully diverse power distribution to technical areas and have on-site fuel storage to support 48 hours at full capacity, with continuous fuel delivery.

Our standard offering includes 2,000 W/m2 of power, with options for higher power density solutions. We have 41.57MW of installed cooling provision and minimum N+2 resilience on all systems. Our CRAC units effectively control temperature and humidity within the recommended range of ASHRAE TC9.9.

With diverse distribution pipework and a chilled water cooling system, we can provide efficient cooling solutions. Additionally, we have in rack cooling capability available if needed.
