• Resilience DFW Data Center: In February 2025, Overwatch Capital acquired a 150,000-square-foot data center facility in Plano, Texas, named Resilience DFW. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to support high-density, low-latency computing, catering to the increasing demands of cloud and AI-intensive workloads. The development features a 30 MW data center powered by a clean energy microgrid, with the flexibility to expand capacity to 50 MW in the future. ​
• Partnership with Nautilus Data Technologies: Overwatch Capital has partnered with Nautilus Data Technologies to deploy modular, AI-ready data centers across the U.S. market. This collaboration aims to deliver prefabricated modular data centers that integrate critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a single scalable framework, enabling rapid deployment and multi-gigawatt capacity expansion in key markets. ​
