The Roman Points of Presence (PoPs) are interconnected through a shared metropolitan network, ensuring seamless and high-quality services across all sites. Each data center is equipped with robust service continuity and availability systems, featuring dual resilient power lines protected by UPS systems and generators. This infrastructure supports customizable power capacities and stringent security measures. Operational areas within each facility include dedicated spaces for carriers' transmission devices, housing of carriers' Points of Presence (PoPs), and specific rooms for the exchange point and housing of members' Layer 3 devices. Namex provides full 24x7x365 operational support through its Network Operations Center (NOC) service.
Collectively, these data centers form a homogeneous system that guarantees high-quality service, regardless of the specific hosting site. This extensive network of facilities underscores Namex's commitment to enhancing Italy's internet infrastructure by providing neutral, reliable, and efficient interconnection services to national and international players.
