In 2018, Colohouse acquires Netrouting adding managed services capabilites and international locations. 

In 2020, Valterra Partners makes strategic investment to acquire Colohouse and add Orangeburg, NY facility to portfolio in partnership with 1547 Critical Systems Realty. 

In 2021, Colohouse acquires Lume Cloud adding enterprise cloud offering, Data102, TurnKey Internet, Quonix, and Steadfast expanding into geographies and hosting capabilities. 

In 2022, Colohouse Miami expands adding MIA3 data center with hosting services expanded across a broader portfolio. 

In 2023, Colohouse refreshes brand to bond acquired entities and represent new mission, vision, and values.
