About New York Broad Street Connect Data Center
NYI's data center operations in New York City are based in two well-known buildings: 60 Hudson Street in Tribeca and 75 Broad Street in the Financial District. Now, through our partnership with JEMB Realty called Broad Street Connect, we are able to offer colocation, interconnection, and managed services at 75 Broad Street as well. This building is also equipped with excellent telecommunications assets and its location in the Wall Street area makes it ideal for clients and customers in need of extensive connectivity options and backup systems.

Our data center is designed for optimum airflow and humidity ambient temperature range of 68° to 75°F (20° to 24°C) with N + 1 redundant cooling and raised floor delivery.
