The Westin Building serves as the main telecommunications hub and internet gateway for the Pacific Northwest. This impressive 34-story facility offers access to our premier carrier-neutral Meet-Me Rooms (MMRs), colocation services, and downtown office space. Originally a high-rise office building constructed in 1981, the Westin Building has undergone significant upgrades to enhance its electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Today, it boasts approximately 290,000 square feet of colocation, data center, and technical space, as well as 110,000 square feet of office space.
