The ZRH2 Zurich Data Center, located on a 7-acre campus near Zurich Airport, offers 400,000 sq. ft. of leasable space with a critical IT load capacity of 40 MW. The facility supports high-density power configurations of up to 300W/sq. ft. and features N+2 component-level redundancy for mechanical systems. Sustainability initiatives include advanced heat recovery, solar facades, and near-zero Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE) through a closed-loop chilled water system with air-side economizers. Connectivity is robust with two Meet-Me-Rooms per data center and three Points-of-Entry for path diversity.
