The Zurich I Data Center Campus spans 7 acres and provides 400,000 sq. ft. of leasable space, supporting a critical IT load of 40 MW. Designed for high efficiency, it features N+1 overall and N+2 component-level redundancy across mechanical systems. Cooling is achieved with Computer Room Air Handling (CRAH) units, a closed-loop chilled water system, and air-side economizers, achieving near-zero Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE).
