The New Albany Data Center is a state-of-the-art facility in Ohio, part of a $1.5 billion investment focused on sustainability and community engagement. The center supports over 1,200 skilled trade workers at peak construction and will provide more than 300 operational jobs. Powered by 100% renewable energy, with 257 MW added to Ohio’s grid, the facility incorporates advanced water-saving technologies and aims to be water positive by 2030. Since 2019, the center has provided $5.5 million in grants to local schools and nonprofits, promoting STEAM education and community development. The center also employs sustainable design practices, achieving LEED® Gold certification.
