The Madrid One Data Center Campus, strategically located in Fuenlabrada, offers over 60,000 m² of technical space and a total IT load exceeding 160 MW by 2027. Designed to Tier III standards, the campus will consist of five purpose-built, individually secured buildings. The first 30 MW will be available by Q4 2025, with a power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2. The infrastructure supports isolated redundancy (6+1) and distributed redundancy (7N6), ensuring high availability with no impact on IT production during maintenance. The site features multiple carrier connections and zero cable vaults, supporting flexible, carrier-neutral connectivity. Clients can also operate their own security standards within the secure campus environment.
