Located just 2km from central Manchester in Trafford Park, our secure Manchester Datacentre complex consists of two standalone buildings. LDeX3 is a 10,000 sq ft facility that can accommodate up to 300 racks with a design density of 3Kw per rack.

LDeX3 is ready for customization with secured power provision and planning. It presents a great opportunity for a single large enterprise looking for a dedicated facility or a few customers needing significant equipment deployment.

With two diverse ducts connecting to LDeX2, your organization can benefit from various carriers already present in LDeX2, reducing the complexity of provisioning carrier services and providing more carrier options. Our onsite private substation receives 1.5MW of power from two independent upstream substations for maximum resilience.

LDeX3 offers diverse A+B feeds for every rack as standard, N+N UPS protection, and N+1 Diesel generator power on standby with fuel replenishment contracts in place. It is carrier neutral, providing access to leading network providers and carriers on-site.

Additionally, the data centre features advanced cooling technology for efficient cold air flow management, N+1 cooling resilience, and the ability to cool up to 10kW per rack. Bespoke cold aisle containment practices ensure optimal performance throughout the facility.
