KIO Networks: KIO SPAIN (MUR1)

KIO Spain (MUR1) is a state-of-the-art data centre featuring a 172 m² Data Hall with a power capacity of 193 kW. The facility is designed with anti-seismic pedestals and structural reinforcement to ensure a controlled and resilient environment for mission-critical IT operations.

MUR1 is equipped with two 600 kVA UPS units in a redundant configuration, providing stabilized and uninterrupted power to all installed equipment. The UPS batteries are continuously monitored by a SCADA system to ensure optimal performance. The electrical infrastructure follows a 2N architecture, including two 1,200 kW backup generators and a diesel reserve, providing four days of autonomous operation. This high-availability setup ensures that MUR1 can deliver reliable and efficient power and cooling solutions for all critical IT needs.
