KIO Guatemala 1 (GTM1) is a robust data centre featuring a Data Hall with 174 m² of space and a power capacity of 189 kW, built with anti-seismic pedestals to ensure structural integrity. The facility is equipped with two 250 kVA UPS units in a redundant configuration, providing uninterrupted and filtered power to all installed equipment. Additionally, an advanced battery monitoring system enhances reliability.

GTM1's electrical infrastructure is designed with 2N redundancy, including two 450 kVA emergency generators and two diesel storage tanks, which provide a seven-day autonomous operation. The cooling system is also configured with 2N redundancy, ensuring continuous and efficient temperature management. This comprehensive setup makes KIO Guatemala 1 an ideal environment for hosting mission-critical IT operations, offering high availability and resilience.
