HostDime's new flagship data center in Brazil is now open in João Pessoa. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning 20,000 square feet, is one of the few data centers in Northern Brazil. Located in the city of João Pessoa in the state of Paraíba, HostDime chose this area due to its recent technological advancements, extensive fiber expansions, and impeccable natural disaster record.
This new data center will cater to the growing demand for data center infrastructure services in Brazil and specifically serve the north Brazilian market. HostDime took charge of every aspect of the building's design, development, and construction, resulting in a superior four-story facility. In addition, the data center is Tier III Design Certified by Uptime Institute, guaranteeing top-notch reliability.
With a capacity to support up to 250 racks, the facility also offers private cage space for companies seeking exclusive areas. Security is a top priority, with security guards on-site and 72 high-definition cameras monitoring the premises inside and out. To ensure strict access control, there is a 3-point check-in system that includes facial and biometric recognition. The building is further safeguarded by tall concrete walls and an electrocution fenced intruder system.
