DataBank: HOU5 -Houston Galleria Data Center
About HOU5 -Houston Galleria Data Center
Houston, the largest city in Texas and the fourth largest metro area in the U.S., is not only known as "Space City" but also a thriving hub for technology, finance, energy, and healthcare organizations. In this bustling city, DataBank operates four conveniently located data centers that together provide a significant amount of raised-floor data center capacity.
Three of our data centers, HOU1, HOU2, and HOU3, are situated in the Westway Park area, offering a campus setting that can accommodate future expansion (HOU4). This location also boasts the largest digital energy campus for the oil and gas industry in Houston and serves as a geophysical center of excellence for seismic exploration computing. Our fourth facility, HOU5, is located in the Galleria area, close to major business hubs.
Our Houston Galleria colocation data center is specifically designed to handle high-density computing needs. It features a fully redundant power architecture, ensuring the availability of mission-critical server environments. What's more, this facility is even connected to the same power ring as the Emergency Broadcasting Network, providing an extra level of reliability and security.
