The 905 King Street data center offers diverse building fiber entrances and riser facilities, as well as interconnectivity with local Cologix clients and other building tenants. Technology Forward Cologix designed the state-of-the-art data center with full optimization of the base building chilled water cooling, utility power and emergency generator power systems to ensure a reliable and redundant setup. The multiple backup generators enable power redundancy configurations that meet customer-specific needs, with separate generators supporting the cooling infrastructure. The uniquely efficient N+1 design features technology-forward solutions including hot aisle containment systems with in-row cooling and modular power distribution systems to provide rapid power installs and flexibility on power densities within pods.
