Part of our Des Moines market, DSM2 is located in the Cedar Valley region of Cedar Falls, Iowa, which comprises six counties strategically located along key transportation routes connecting it to ten major metro areas. Our DSM2 facility is in an industrial technology district and enables connectivity to domestic and international markets via Des Moines, Chicago, Omaha and Minneapolis. Offering multiple low latency routing options and featuring 6K SQFT of data center space, this network-neutral data center also has expansion potential for an additional 10K SQFT and up to an additional 1MW of power. It is connected to DSM1 via a diverse fiber ring.
