The CTP-01 Campus by Chirisa Technology Parks, located in Richmond, Virginia, is a flagship development within Chirisa's growing portfolio of hyperscale data center campuses across the United States. Set on a 350-acre site in Chesterfield County’s Meadowville Technology Park, CTP-01 represents a cutting-edge, AI-ready facility that aligns with the high demands of hyperscale and high-performance computing (HPC) clients. Designed in partnership with PowerHouse Data Centers, CTP-01 provides 28MW of initial capacity and supports rapid scalability through a planned build-out of up to 300MW across future phases.

This campus offers a robust infrastructure featuring Chirisa's proprietary direct-on-chip cooling technology, nearly doubling energy efficiency compared to traditional air-cooled systems, and supports eco-friendly initiatives through partnerships with local reclaimed water systems for sustainable resource use. The project is anticipated to complete additional phases by 2026, expanding Richmond’s role as a major data center hub in the mid-Atlantic region, supporting the needs of hyperscale tenants with low-latency connectivity, speed-to-market, and a flexible infrastructure model​.
