The data center, designed to Tier 4*/Rating 4 standards, has maintained 100% uptime since July 2011. It features 4.5 Megawatts of redundant power through two separate Power Centers and uses STS appliances for units with single power supplies. Power and UPS systems are housed in separate buildings with fire-resistant cables and redundant generators providing 48-hour autonomy.

The facility emphasizes sustainability with efficient cooling systems, free-cooling using filtered outside air, and innovative cold air management for server racks. It offers 82Gb/s bandwidth through redundant fiber-optic connections and advanced networking with Cisco Nexus 7000 units.

Security includes automatic fire detection and suppression, leak and flood detection, armored doors, an anti-climbing wall, an intrusion alarm system, and a comprehensive CCTV network. A 24/7 monitoring team and a Building Management System ensure continuous operation.

The data center holds ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001 certifications, and complies with ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and ISO/IEC 27035 standards for cloud security, personal data management, and security incident management.
