To prioritize sustainability, the center generates 1MW of power onsite through high-efficiency fuel cells. Additionally, a dedicated 28MVA substation ensures uninterrupted power supply, guaranteeing 100% uptime.

The data center offers various types of storage solutions, including cages and locking cabinets. Standard racks are available, with a raised floor load of 150 lbs. per sq. ft. and a sub-floor load of 300 lbs. per sq. ft. Flexible cross-connect options, including copper, fiber, and coaxial, are available. Remote hands support is provided 24/7, and there is a loading dock for convenience.
Electricity capacity is ample, with 150 w/sq. ft. in each cabinet. The UPS configuration is 2N, and there is one utility feeder. The standby power configuration is N+1, provided by four 2,000 kW diesel generators and four 25,000-gallon underground fuel tanks.
For optimal cooling and temperature control, the data center has N+1 HVAC distribution and an N+1 HVAC system. Three 600-ton chillers with onsite make-up water ensure efficient cooling. Fire safety is a top priority, with VESDA smoke detection and a conventional addressable fire alarm system. Pre-action dry pipe fire suppression is implemented in data center areas, while wet sprinklers are used in non-equipment areas.
